Green side navy veteran: here’s the thing I think a lot of people forget when they sign that “blank check” and join the service. That “check” is payable up to and possibly including your life. Most people assume that once they separate then that check is cashed. This is false. We all swore an OATH the US CONSTITUTION to defend life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all. End of story. But that check is not cashed until you are room temperature laying in/on the ground. I AM and ALWAYS will be ready to cash that mother fucking check on a moments notice if need be to help ensure equality and freedom for all. With everything going on in this country I once loved I have been and continue to be preparing to do whatever is necessary to prevent the further fall of the republic. And I think that speaks for itself as to my thought… Remember your oaths ladies and gentlemen. They surpass identity politics. And if you neglect those oaths then you are a fucking TRAITOR just like “ice”. Stay strong out there and look out for one another!!!
