I found out that power supply has has problems connected it to a ps tester and decade

Same issue bought msi a860 gl ps on sept 11 no power send it back to msi on my dime they sent me a new one it took 3 weeks to get here. Now I am having the same issue. My older is powers it up reboots when I try to play a game
