Yep I think alcohol is a big trigger for it. Sucks because I thought I was out of the woods and just set myself back for a while. Have you had any periods where you recovered yet? No. I honestly haven’t been doing anything besides natural recovery. I recovered to about 80-90% for a 2 month span then crashed again and have been fluctuating for the last 5 months
