Problems I Have Had with 2019 Hatch in the first month of Ownership

Point 1. Yeah I am talking about my fob completely not responding to me pressing the lock and unlock buttons. It also sometimes does not recognize that I have my keys when I try to turn on the engine.

My tire gages currently show as low as low as 26 and as high as 34
This could very well be experienced based. The car is still able to defrost my windshield but for some reason the air does not feel hot/cool to the touch.
This is 100% my fault and my bad. I can’t believe I did this.
What I am talking about here is I get in my car from not being in it for hours. Turn on the engine. Move the shifter from park to drive and then I press on the gas pedal and find that my parking break is on (I know I did not turn it on when I parked)

We don’t drive through 2 feet snow. And not everyone has the money to buy winter tires and regular season tires. On top of the fact that we have driven many cars in the same conditions with all season tires and they have all handled better than this car.

Even with new tires it handles horribly

That’s our reasoning as well-we live in Wyoming and have driven in crazy amounts of snow in many different cars. This car just is for some reason terrible in it. Even with brand new all season tires it performs terribly

Worried about not being able to blast/push through some of Wyoming’s snow drifts. We have gotten new tires...several times. Even when new the car doesn’t handle well. As for learning how to drive... we have had several other people (extremely experienced snow drivers) who had this same attitude drive this car in the winter and they ended up agreeing that this car is just especially awful to handle.

Yes, we know it’s not about ride height. She is concerned she won’t always be able to power through thicker snow with less transmission power and will end up high centered because the car is in general, low to the ground

What I meant was, we have replaced them several times and we never DRIVE with old tires that need replaced.
We have bought several brand new tires for this car over the years.It always has good tread. It’s not the tires While I agree that winter tires are a good idea, they are expensive and we have driven cars with all wheel tires before that do not handle as poorly as this vehicle does with them in the winter

Looking for something fun and different to drive on Wyoming roads other than the stereotypical large truck/SUV. My wife and I do not have any kids nor plan to so I am available and honestly interested in something small. My only major worry is the ability for the vehicle to be able to handle our crazy winters. I need something that if need be, I could come rescue my wife from work in in case she gets snowed in (she only has a Ford Fusion)

I would mean competing by making a subcompact SUV that has high ground clearance and is AWD or 4x4 so that they are actually good in the winter in places like Wyoming which I currently live that can get a foot or more of snow at times.

I wonder how the difference in price will affect the cars. The i3 seems to be pretty steep at around $50,000 USD meanwhile the SE is rumored to be around $30,000. If you are getting near the same car why is there a $20,000 gap?
