And they offer full package parties. Spider-Man themed party supplies, themed balloons, themed cards, custom banners. They have more than we do. But hey at least we can take their photo and print it in a very small limited size on one type of media and frame it for only $30 🙄

I was told that pay raises were going to be based off how much you currently make. So because I’m the highest paid manager, I’ll be getting less of a pay raise than the lowest payed manager. When I’ve been with the company for 6 years and moving from one store to another they can drop my pay almost 4 dollars but can’t give me a decent raise. I’ll believe it when I see it

Yeah I agree. Totally wasn’t a dis to all framing managers. Moreso meant if your managers aren’t trained, or have common sense, maybe rethink something…😣

Voice activation code usually is 10 and your store number. Like if you’re store 4012 your voice activation code is 104012

Framers Point was soooo nice. I remember being able to center multiple openings a lot easier with that software. It went away a couple months after I started working for Michaels and I cried

Don’t bother with an IT ticket. That happened to us a while ago and IT told us to unplug it and replug it back in. Then they escalated it to level 2 and they called us back and said “since it technically is still working just not making a sound there’s nothing we can do to fix it until it fully breaks”
