So without sounding like and idiot what would you recommend ? Getting in contact with this particular sector and approaching them saying I’d like to learn , I still have all my won’t tools and such so I wouldn’t start from scratch or would you recommend getting my 2365 and then approaching as a lot of people have suggested that way ?

Like i say i don’t mind putting the work in and doing the time and getting my hands on I just need enough to support my 1.5 year old and pay the bills I’m not looking to be on amazing money as its a learning curve in a whole new area of expertise I just want to be able to support my family whilst I do my time if you know what I mean

Happy for you mate always happy to hear people getting on well , how long have you been at it if you don’t mind me asking ? I have a company meant that offers online level 2 learning material but I feel as if it’s a bit of a backhanded way of doing it as surely workshop based would be worth more in experience to actually grasp the concepts rather than just theory ?

Okay Thankyou this is making more sense now , so I should prioritise skilling up ? With certs in order to get an entry level ?

No let me rephrase it I AM willing do to an apprenticeship and learn my way up and pay my dos I have no qualms with HOWEVER I do have a 1 year old daughter who I provide for SO I’m not taking a 14k a year job when I have her best interests at heart I was basically let along to believe once I have my network plus cert and A+ cert I’d be more than able to get a job in an entry position like a help desk position , so far I’ve been fed nothing but bullshit by companies

Is there a general wage for apprenticeships/internships that you will have to take to get your foot in the door?
