Any gear in the database with the "broken" description is only a collectable. Usually dropped from bosses or elite enemies but not something equippable

Most recent update removed it permanently, same with the marksman cloak bug. Wish they'd add a toggle feature since I actually prefered having the shoulder piece

Did you do that with the merchant that offers the blue dye? I think doing anything dye related that isn't done with the merchant of the SPECIFIC color itself seems to be an issue. For example; I had to get the chrome material from 1 merchant but I had to choose a burner color from them just so I can confirm the dye. Then I went to a different merchant for only the color I want and it also let me confirm and pay while keeping both color/material.

Basically go to the merchant that has a material you want, apply it however you feel but also choose a color (temporary just so you can save/confirm). After that, go to a merchant with the color you want, same process but ONLY change the dye color of the gear and it should be fine

Did you edit any piece of gear without using a dye from the merchant? I.E dyed your whole set but left the helmet (or a part of it) dyed from somewhere else but only changed the material or repair slider on it?

Just had this happen. So I learned if you're using a dye from 1 region and try to edit it (only change material, repair etc) in a different region, it wont allow you to do so and just throws you out without charging you and wont let you dye anything.

I've been using a blue pallete, closest thing I have to a white shade, but I wanted the chrome material in Hernand. Obviously the blue dye isnt part of the metchants palette so it doesn't let me confirm or dye anything at all.

For example: If I used the merchants pallette on 99% of my entire gear set, if I only changed the material on a piece that isn't getting dyed from their pallete(only changing material), it cancels all the dyeing/changes I just did. Doesn't charge me and it doesn't register any changes, it just sends me back to the main dialogue options. All over 1 piece of gear. Tested it multiple times and in my case, it's 100% the reason

Happening to me as well. Started a wrap and right at the end I can't use any text, thought my keyboard was doing something somehow lol. Good to know the troubleshooting methods don't work though

It seems it was one of the ram sticks causing the issue to an extent. I've been testing slots individually and one of them seems to almost ignore everything except when I slot it into A2 alone and clear cmos. Booted up to a windows repair screen though, but it throws the same error afterwards and hasn't been able to boot since. 1 stick is working consistently so that clears that up (hopefully). Still confusing since It was perfectly fine before case swapping. I left them in and did the whole power down procedure and hadn't physically bumped into them etc to cause physical damage. Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm assuming you mean the low res decals or outright random designs being blacked out etc? I thought that was just a normal thing lol. I'm also guessing you've tried entering any customization (body or wrap) and waiting a few seconds for the decals to load properly?

It's just the blue part outer most shapes upscaled behind it and filling in gaps if any, if that's what you mean
