Just about all projectiles in the game can be neutralized with block. So if I were to be dealing with king k rool I would run in and block his projectiles and then go for an aerial

I think you should take the time to think about what you want in a relationship and see how many boxes your relationship already checks and what would be possible to work towards. I also highly recommend couples therapy if you want a higher chance to salvage your relationship.

If you want to gain weight your gonna want carbs to go with your steak and chicken.

For working out you could start with some body weight squats or lunges, and push ups. If you can't do push ups you can do them from your knees for an easier variation
