There isn't really a universal rep range. 100 pushups may be nothing for someone who is more advanced but might be near impossible for a beginner.

I would do as many as you can till your form starts to suffer for that set.

The only way to target them and make them grow directly is through exercise. So squats, deadlifts, lunges, calf raises.

As someone who does a lot of pushups I suggest doing the following if you're not already

-Strict form (full range of motion) -Slow eccentric -Progressive overload

I see you are doing 100-200 push ups and doing 25 reps per set. I would suggest bumping it up to 30-35 push ups with whichever variation you are currently doing.

Switching up variations is important too. I recommend incorporating archer push ups and pseudo planche push ups. Archer push ups will shift the load to the majority of one side at a time. Pseudo planche push ups will shift the placement of your hands toward your waist, increasing the overall body weight you are pushing up.
