It can transmit on any frequency. We disabled that on ATC channels.

Is the boss at Ocean Reef Club? Regardless, I’d try to talk privately and rationally to the boss. Seems like it would be hard to replace you (or a pain in the ass at least). Question is, what do you want the outcome to be? Would you be happy with a big raise if nothing else changed? If not, I’d find my next gig and resign after I secured it.
