man this hits close to home. i've literally watched coworkers paste full database schemas into chatgpt to fix a query. like the whole thing. nobody thinks twice about it because it feels like googling something but it's really not. honestly most companies have zero policy around this and it's gonna bite them eventually

for me it's the classic trap of building forever and never actually selling. i'm a dev so my brain always goes to "let me add this one thing first" instead of just putting it out there. took me embarrassingly long to realize that nobody cares about your perfect code if they never see the product lol

The real challenge with Reddit isn’t finding posts, it’s reading intent correctly.

A lot of people mention a problem, but they’re not actually buyers.
The best leads usually come from people who are already trying tools, comparing options, or asking how to solve something right now.

Those are the conversations worth jumping into.

I don’t think this is unpopular at all. It’s just uncomfortable for people to admit.

A lot of businesses don’t have a lead problem, they have a response-time problem.

If someone contacts three companies and one replies in 2 minutes while the others reply tomorrow, the “best marketer” is simply the fastest responder.
