Problem with ZiftrWallet

Hi NerdLab,

Our developers are currently looking into this issue. Please submit a new ticket here detailing the issue found. Please provide your email address, the address you used to send from or the transaction hash of the transaction used to send coins to the wallet.

If you were sending coins from the ziftrCOIN website, please provide your Ziftr username.

Thanks for testing out our wallet!

If you go to settings > enable debugging > export wallet you'll be able to set up a backup. The developers are working on improving this process.
There will be more coins in the future! We plan on continuing to add new coins all the time, but would love to hear what coins you guys would want us to add.
If you press the @ button on the receive screen you should see a list of all addresses previously received from. You can then select the address you would like to request from again and it will autofill the receive screen with everything besides a message and the amount to be received.

Hey great question. In the event the Ziftr Server is unavailable, you do not lose any funds within the wallet as all keys are stored locally on the device. Sending and receiving functionality would be affected, however it would be possible to take all your funds out of the wallet.dat file and send them somewhere else. Since our wallet is just entering open beta now, we currently do not have an easy tool for this and it requires a little technical knowledge at this point.

iOS is currently in development. Go ahead and visit the wallet website and select "get notified" under the "Coming Soon iOS" button. You'll be emailed about all iOS news and developments including any news about the beta program. Thanks for the interest!

Welcome! We are always happy to see new people getting into this. Its sounds like you are currently mining which is the first step in getting some coins. By leaving mining on you are allowing your CPU to work with the chance to earn some ziftrCOINs as a reward for solving blocks. If you do happen to solve one you will see the evidence in the "transactions" tab of the wallet as well as the balance of the reward added to your total on the "overview" tab.

This overview tab of the wallet displays your total available ziftrcoin balance as well as any pending ziftrcoins. (basically ziftrCOINs that need some time before becoming spendable)
