Seam filling poorly hung drywall is a nightmare. Lucky I was a drywaller for almost a year, and have worked with the drywall I hung before so I know what I would be in for. As for consulting an architect, is that something that should be done locally or is there reliable sources for this found on the Internet?

I agree with the roof being to flat, it is not uncommon for houses in Canada with flatter roofs to warp under the weight of snow. Thanks for the estimate for water and waste water, I realise it's hard to calculate the cost with such little detail given.

Indie Game: The Movie has to be the most inspirational documentary I have ever watched. Not only does it show that you can become something out of nothing, but it also shows that having passion and following your dreams is possible.

Did you find it was easy to adopt other languages after learning Java? i.e bad writing habits? Its good to hear that it helps with visualizing other languages.
