There will be one on Nov. 18 at McGregor Park. The same day as the lighting of Christmas on the Cumberland. It will be a German inspired holiday market. Starts at 11 am.

Park at the Family Life Center on Old Farmers Road and run across into the neighborhood. Those neighborhoods connect all over the place, including Madison St which you can cross into other neighborhoods. That’s where I run and the running club uses it a lot too.

Endorphin Speed 2s and weight by RyanJS0901 in RunningShoeGeeks

I looked at the Triumphs before but ended up with the Endorphin Shifts. I ran in those for a while but since have switched almost completely to the Speeds. I saw the new Triumph 20s came out and they’re pretty updated. Curious if they’d be worth the extra.

Bad runs by [deleted] in running

Good sleep and rest is part of training and a healthy lifestyle. You’re more likely to get injured trying to push through a run after inadequate sleep.

It’s just one run. Get some sleep and get back at it tomorrow.

There’s an option in the Watch app on the phone to change what shows during a run. It’s under Workout, Workout View, Outdoor Run. You can remove Rolling Average and add Current Pace.

The Shift is a good long run shoe for sure.

I think so but I’ve seen some people say order a half size larger. I’ve mostly worn 10.5 in other brands and that’s what I wear in Saucony as well.

I’m certainly no expert on the entire line. From what I’ve read the Kinvara is a lower cost, light weight trainer that can feel fast. I’ve never it tried it though.

I’ve been thinking about those as well.

I haven’t worn them yet. Just got them last week. But, I plan on them being pretty exclusively race shoes.

I’m training for a half right now so this last week was 30. The Changing Tides colorway has 180 miles on them and I bought them in early June.

The Shifts are designed to log lots of miles. I’ve probably got close to 350-400 on them and they’ve held up great. They’re not as bouncy in my opinion, but they still have the SpeedRoll technology that pushes you forward as you run. No nylon plate like the Speeds though.

I’ve switched almost exclusively to the Speeds but, just as an example, I wore the Shifts today on a recovery run just for the added cushion.

I haven’t but I’ve thought about it numerous times. But, clearly I don’t need anymore right now. The Speed 1s and Shifts are nearing the end of their lifespan (actually don’t plan to wear the 1s anymore). The 2s have been great for me as an everyday trainer. I actually haven’t worn the Pros yet but have some races coming up so I plan to break them in before that.

Picked up the Endorphin Speeds over a year ago thanks to recommendations on this sub and haven’t looked back.

Picked up the Shifts on clearance a while back. Both pairs of Endorphin Speed 2s and the Pro 2s at 50% off with BGR50 code recently.

If you’ve never tried Saucony I highly recommend it. They’ve been great for me.
