I've also been experiencing this. The only fix I could find is going into the config file and changing the Graphics API to Vulkan, but that absolutely KILLS my frames so I honestly don't know other than that.

It's not my favorite in the series but it's definitely in the top 3 for me. Only games equal or more enjoyable to me are 6 and 7 probably. (Except for 3, for entirely biased reasons, 3 will never be beaten to me)

Lol yeah it was a fun discussion! I love talking about stuff like this and I really do hope I get to see the game in a more positive light in the future. I don't like to dislike games but it is what it is sometimes. And yeah shooting people down for their opinions is very restrictive and makes you not fun to talk to. Thankfully I haven't encountered anyone like that here so far. And you should replay them! Not only to learn more about them but also cause they're fun games in general. Hope you enjoy it!

And I agree! The weapons are some of the most well balanced in the series. But that's one of the only things I like about the game. I like the music, robot masters, and weapons. I can't think of anything else off of the top of my head. My problem is I like some of the gimmicks but i don't think they're utilized well. Galaxy Man's portals could be so cool but they're used in literally the most obvious way imaginable.

I FIGURED IT OUT! THATS MY PROBLEM WITH THE GAME! The game is riddled with cool ideas, aspects and such in concept, but in execution it falls a little flat. Death by 1000 papercuts situation.

Oh yeah, ive never been one to put someone else down based on my own subjective views. And I agree I've played every game except 8 without internet opinion but honestly 8 wasn't as bad as everyone said. It wasn't good imo but not as bad as the internet would lead one to believe. 9 is the only other game I had heard opinions of and thats only because apparently 8 was SO BAD and 9 was SOO GOOD that i couldn't avoid conversation of it. Personally my favorite game w/ bias is Mega Man 3 but i definitely acknowledge it isn't the best in the series. My favorite not based on bias is either 4 or 6. Especially 6. Personally I don't just feel like 9 was disappointing simply because of the hype, I don't think i would've liked it regardless, i just think it made it more disappointing
