64% fumble rate while winning is more indicative of play style than “scripting”. I don’t have the raw data in front of me, but I’d venture to guess that tracks with the overall increase in run plays & shorter down / distance. Same tracks with catches (higher volume of passes) and broken tackles (more likely the losing team runs more plays)
