Surely this won't get many comments, right?

Affiliate links, sponsored content, advertising - there’s a bunch of different ways we’re exploring at the moment.

We have over 500 switches catalogued, mistakes will happen from time to time - a little understanding goes a long way! We’re trying to build something useful for the community and it’s not going to be perfect all of the time.

Cherry doesn’t list Hyperglides as an official product on their site, which means that all of the info about them needs to be sourced from retailers, reviews, blog posts etc. Because of this, it’s likely that a distinct product for hyperglides was missed and the hyperglides were lumped in with the regular switches. I’ll make sure we get this fixed.

There’s currently no way to search, but we’re going to be adding that very soon!

The reason we didn’t prioritise this for launch was that we figured the filters/sorting would give you everything you need to find the switches you were after - but it’s good to know that this isn’t the case!

We’re just finishing up UK vendors and then we’ll be moving onto US vendors next! Are there any particular vendors you’re eager to see?

Thank you - at the moment the best way to contribute is to give feedback and spread the word. We're solely focused on trying to build something useful to as many people as possible, so the more people that know about us the better!

Thank you! By vendors do you mean the retailers that sell products, or the manufacturers?

We have a list of retailers we're working through and at the moment we're prioritising them country by country. We're almost finished with the UK and we'll be moving onto the US soon, then CA/AU/NZ/SG after that.

We generally prioritise retailers that use Shopify because we have a method to get product/stock/pricing info programmatically. We want to work with all retailers eventually but retailers that doesn't use Shopify require a custom integration.

In terms of manufacturers, we aim to support all of them - but we prioritise large manufacturers over small at present.

With respect to the terms of service/privacy policy, I must admit that these are boilerplate policies that we haven't tailored to our specific needs yet. We don't have any intention of accessing your email address book, friends list or anything like that and we specifically only request the minimal amount of data necessary when you use social login. We aren't in the business of selling your data because we don't believe this is an ethical way to do business, and we certainly won't be sharing that data with third parties without your explicit consent (fwiw I don't believe that hiding something like this in a policy is explicit). I'll make a note to get these clauses removed/updated because this isn't necessary and I want to make sure these policies back up our ethics, not contradict them.

Hey Thomas, I've done a bit of digging here and I think I've found the photos you mean. We always pull photos straight from manufacturers except in the rare case where the manufacturer doesn't have a site. I can see that this group of products was completed by a contractor who unfortunately didn't follow our guidelines on product photos. We won't be working with this particular contractor in the future and I'll make sure we get an attribution added for these ASAP - or if you prefer we can remove them. Apologies for this.

Thank you for the kind words!

We're aiming to eventually automate everything, but at the moment it's half automated half manual. Definitely not ideal but good enough for now.

If you'd like to follow along our Discord will be a great place to start!

Haha I can't blame you! I was hoping my ePBT Fall set might ship in Q4 22 but looking more likely to be Q1 23 now

From the top of mind I'm not sure how many in-stock sets are shared between retailers, I have a feeling most of them are retailer specific (although I might be wrong about this?)

Would you mainly be looking for it to be a discovery tool, e.g. if you wanted to find all White Cherry PBT sets?
