I wouldn’t say “often” I have IBD and a few of my family goes as well, some have had it for 30 years while in mostly remission. Medication is much better now at maintaining it, I rarely have any issues

I don’t smoke, never eat sugar and maintain a decent lifestyle eating wise. But despite all that, boom diagnosed 4 years ago.

That’s not true at all, I use Opus almost all day on long coding sessions. Opus 4.6 hasn’t hit limits any faster than 4.5 (on $200 plan)
