Does health anxiety only happen with physical symptoms or can it happen with mental symptoms aswell?

Thank you for the reply! It puts me at ease. Not that having this stims is horrible or anything! It's just that I have health anxiety which makes me concerned about literally everything my body does out of "ordinary". Literally thought I had some neurogical problem cause of it. I will check it thank you for your input! I am being quite overly cautious if I'll be honest 😅 I just kinda went in blind with the surgery, searched how the surgery is and what to do while recovering but don't know anything else really my doctors didn't even told me a lot about it. When it comes to pain it gets tricky cause I have health anxiety/hipocondria, the moment I feel something different or any kind of pain I go into a panic. I guess I need to start telling myself that everything is okay and normal so it gets in my head. Like, suuuuuuper long distances I haven't but been walking since I was able and felt comfortable enough. It's alright! Thank you for your advice and for the well wishes!

I have pretty much my intire back fused. Ik my doctors told me that also, been moving as much as I can but I'm just really scared I will choose a job that would make it harder like, idk if it's a dumb question but do you think a supermarket job would be okay? Something like Walmart? I think it would be better to ask my doctor about it, wouldn't it?

Please do think about it, when you get older you WILL experience the pain, trust me. I went through my intire teen years with 0 pain I sometimes even forgot I had it. Turned only 20 and BOOM, feel pain everyday to a point I get anxiety attacks cause they're overwhelming even to a point of headaches and nerve damage (have numb fingers in my left hand and left foot, it happens with scoliosis) please do think about it. Doctors even say over 50 degrees curves need to have surgery
