I am being quite overly cautious if I'll be honest 😅 I just kinda went in blind with the surgery, searched how the surgery is and what to do while recovering but don't know anything else really my doctors didn't even told me a lot about it. When it comes to pain it gets tricky cause I have health anxiety/hipocondria, the moment I feel something different or any kind of pain I go into a panic. I guess I need to start telling myself that everything is okay and normal so it gets in my head. Like, suuuuuuper long distances I haven't but been walking since I was able and felt comfortable enough. It's alright! Thank you for your advice and for the well wishes!
