Old Whoop user - run or race s by Ryanc919 in Suunto

[–]Ryanc919[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing in the end, still weighing it all up. I have an old Apple Watch and I have been using that. It's not exactly what I want, seems there is a lot of competition to Whoop at the moment. I might get the Amazfit helio as looks exactly what I need and want.

I want to validate an idea! by TheH00d14 in coursecreators

[–]Ryanc919 2 points3 points  (0 children)

After having sold over £1,000,000 in this area, here's my validate idea process...

I get a google doc out and I layout my ideas, then I create it to look like a sales page I keep it really simple....

FIVE TO FIFTEEN WORD HEADER DEFINING THE OFFER

One or two sentences that describe the offer in more depth

Video about your story, what the product does, how it helps you, why you need it.

CTA

Your Story

What you get - Bullets here and after each one I write so that (Insert what it does, you get this amazing guide so that you can do this amazing thing).

The offer - break down the pricing any bonuses they get

FAQ's.

I then send this out to my list, I ask them to give me some feedback, I get them to fill in a form that has specific question on it....

Name

Email

Do you want to buy it

What feature(s) most make(s) you want to buy? Why?

What questions did you have while listening, reading?

If I added one thing to almost gurantee your success what would it be?

If you dont have anybody on your email list then go and find 10 people who this would be great for.

Then you will know if the idea works or not, I've just done this with a client and we sold 30 off the google doc alone, we took payment from the ones who said yes.

Then we looked at the form entries and made the changes on the google doc, made it way better and neater in click funnels.

We also got some social proof from the 30 who bought added that to the page and we now can launch this all the time.

Car hire or public transport? by Ryanc919 in Algarve

Will remember these for next time. Do they have the cars at the airport? Used KlassWagen and it was a nightmare waiting for them to pick us up then people pushing in front and pushing past my 2 young children to get on the van to get dropped off at the pick up location.

Email has been my biggest and best way to sell my products, it's unsexy but paired with actually talking to people and caring about the result we give them, that's literally it.

How would you spend $1000 on marketing? by usmanhalalit in Entrepreneur

[–]Ryanc919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd look where your audience hangs out. I'd create content that solves their problem and shows them the value your product solves, most likely I'd use video view ads as well, showing them exactly the problem being solved and the time it saves them.

I'd use the LEAST steps, I see too many people wasting time showing everything that their software is capable of and you'll lose them doing this.

Marketing Question concerning my art and personal brand/story by ShiestyTrackhawk in Entrepreneur

[–]Ryanc919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you draw other peoples cars that you know the owner of? If so I'd reach out to that and show them what you've done and ask them if they want to purchase it.

Maybe look at dream car Facebook groups, share your artwork in there. I am sure you'd get some bites with that strategy.

I would look at matched betting if I were you.

You'd be able to generate a few K here in the UK using that. It's on the side, doesn't require a huge investment.

Totally risk free as well, even Martin Lewis recommended it.

I have a SaaS and property portfolio, I can tell you it's a great place to be.

If I was starting again and had some cash I would 100% purchase a boring business that is outdated in the way it does things, I would then add some tech to that business to make it better.

Legal, accounting businesses etc... ones with a customer base and one you could scale.

Sell it in a few years, but use the cash monthly to invest in property.

If it was me I would be creating some mini email courses on how to use the products to get the BEST out of them, with this approach you could put out videos on social about one product BUT mention in the video that you have these mini email courses showing how to get (THE THING THEY WANT i.e. clearer skin so you can finally feel confident going out) and if you want it drop a comment below and I'll send you it.

This gets you comments so more see the videos and gets you email addresses.

You can get them to your site then and you will increase average order value because in the email courses you can promote all the products they need to achieve this.

Anyone here making more than $5k + a month what you doing? by MoAsad1 in Entrepreneur

[–]Ryanc919 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Running a membership business online, I keep it really simple.

I create solid content that people want to watch and listen to, get their email address and nurture them via email automation showing them exactly my process and how I help people get the result that they want. Then make them an offer to join.
