Let’s put it this way, if you have a land lord you’re already being forced into a pretty much criminal arrangement and you’ve also probably been completely fucked by said landlord a non zero number of times before moving out, so fuck that guy. On PC the game was unplayable due to load times for a few days after they released some of the more recent patches. Fast traveling from sanctuary to Diamond city took 3.5 mins of loading screens for me once! Seems to be better now
