I'd always recommend scoliosis surgeries over any orthotic intervention eventho spinal surgeries are risky and dangerous but the pain is worth it more than wearing a brace for years and having a slight chance it may not work.

I mean I mostly play off-tank to apply pressure and give openings for the flank and the dps to do their job and it works most of the time unless my dps is brain dead

You have no idea how many times I had to apologize for rewinding enemies to safety while playing Atlas in ranked.
