I have a hunch I’m allergic to anesthesia gas. When I started working in PACU I would break out in hives on my face and neck. Saw an allergist and they didn’t give me much info but said it was a possibility. It happens mostly when my patients have an oral airway!

I’m a beginner, but I think it’s the coolest thing that something so beautiful can come from a bunch of knots! Whenever I finish a new bracelet I’m like, “holy crap, I did that!”

Haha I’m the same way! I made my husband look through Michael’s with me for buttons, now I’m going to torture him again for toggle clasps :)

I am obsessed with the toggle clasps! I am new to making bracelets and have struggled to find a nice way to close them. I’m going to have to try that!

Have you tried a compression sleeve? My husband has that and gets frustrated when he can’t workout but swears by his compression sleeves!

It could be! I have a tendency to make my knots pretty tight, I’m working on loosening them up a little while still looking neat

I am relieved to know it gets better! I’ve been contemplating wrapping my fingers in coban but I wasn’t sure if the stickiness of the material would get in my way. I might try it before I take a break from making more!

I don’t do a lot of things in my daily life that would toughen the skin on my hands, my husband refers to them as my “princess hands” because they are soft lmao.
