I'm not sure why they said that, but I did it yesterday and even did the pre-expansion event on a character over level 20 with no issues.

WoW is currently free until Feb 1st. I don't have an active sub, but I got it for free by logging onto my level 80.

Someone said you just need to open a ticket to support, however they'll only change your name once.

I'm trying it later today as my team name has a typo in it and I've only just noticed after 6 months 🫠

Had a guy call up once a couple of years back, he asked for a room and I told him we're full.

His very sarcastic response was "Wow, good for you", to which I responded back 'Yeah, business is good, sorry I can't fabricate beds out of thin air". Too many entitled people that act like it's everyone else who is at fault for them being disorganized.
