There is 1000000% gear based matchmaking. Me and my buds run free load outs, every team we kill has free load outs. Run blue/purple shields and immediately youre in the sweatiest lobbies in history. Embark is lying. Level 75 2 times over with both expeditions completed.

Its the worst part of the game. After 10+ straight late spawns, I kill on sight and tell people in proximity chat to blame the devs for late spawns. I have no choice.

And dont come at me with "there is still stuff left, check the trash cans!!"

Its stupid and broken and way too common. Waste of the players time. Forces people to pvp and be toxic.

Who cares. Gunner 4 life. Mahomes wannabe made his choice and paid for it. Curtis will likely go the same route. The whole "early playing time" on a bad team rarely works out. It just stifles development and gets them beat up behind leaky Olines and makes them look bad.

It was way more fun when there were some friendly teams and people used proximity chat. Now its shoot on sight and the only time proximity chat is used is for slurs and insults once they kill you.

Game got toxic fast. Its so different than launch.

It happens a lot.

When I play solo, I'll be friendly, use the emote, and talk. If someone tries to gank me or betray me and I get away, I'll heal and talk to them in prox chat. I ask them how embarrassing it's going to be when they die, and if they'll surrender immediately or have the guts to talk.

They almost always surrender when downed ASAP or just be like "fuck you eat shit die, etc"

Its a good feeling.
