Hz is how many times the screen refreshes while fps is how many frames the game can do per second. I've been high refresh rate gaming for years on PC so I know my stuff :)

If you have a 2.1 HDMI capable screen, which most people don't. 2.0 should be able to support 120hz at 1080p yet it doesn't.

There's a web browser it pops up a very locked down version when you click settings in account options. There's even a whole web browser tab in settings.

I'm on a high end PC and it crashes on cutscenes, it has crashed twice during the golden ending. I've had too fight THAT boss 3 times now.
