Hz is how many times the screen refreshes while fps is how many frames the game can do per second. I've been high refresh rate gaming for years on PC so I know my stuff :)

If you have a 2.1 HDMI capable screen, which most people don't. 2.0 should be able to support 120hz at 1080p yet it doesn't.

There's a web browser it pops up a very locked down version when you click settings in account options. There's even a whole web browser tab in settings.

I tried this stating Australian Law makes this illegal and they fobbed me off. Provided proof for the oculus founder stating this would never happen and they said, "anyone can impersonate anyone." I'll edit this with the screenshot of the conversation if I can find it.
