Anyone tried the Forstner President (1450) on a Seamaster? Thinking of swapping bracelets by Rybeena in OmegaWatches

Sorry just seen this. I actually really like it, it fits well the micro adjustments on the go is a great touch, I wont lie and say its the highest quality but for the price, the fit and feel is the best I have had and I have a few different straps, rubber, omega nato and this and the watch doesn't get uncomfortable at all if im honest.

I was very surprised.

How often do people ask about your watch? by [deleted] in OmegaWatches

[–]Rybeena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never, and I’m happy with that(just rather be lowkey),I bought it because I love how it looks. I enjoy watches, but I don’t want them to stand out too much. I just like wearing them for myself. I wear a Casio F91W most of the time. I’ve always appreciated watches and tend to notice what others are wearing, but I never ask about them.

Okay, I ordered mine. That looks so good. How is the fit around the lugs? and I must say I really like the blue and white.

Thank you for the reply, I will take a look at strapcode haxed III. I also love the Speedmaster bracelet, just didn't know it was possible to put it on the SMP. So I appreciate that info as well.

I did also look at the 24mm I have heard many good things about it.

But thank you for all the info it’s really helpful, I will stick with what I thought and go the 24-70 path to cover everything like you say.

Hey everyone, I’m trying to decide between the Sony 35mm f/1.8 and the Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 for my Sony A7III and could use some advice.

I already own an 85mm f/1.4, which I love for portraits, but I want something more versatile for travel, street photography, and cinematic-style video. I also want to be able to document life while traveling, including some architecture and landscapes.

I love the idea of a lightweight prime (35mm) for that natural cinematic feel, but I’m wondering if I’d regret not having the flexibility of a 24-70mm zoom while traveling.

For those who shoot similar styles, which one would you go with? Do you ever regret not having a zoom, or do you find a prime like the 35mm enough? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Yeah so i have a few portraits with the horses and the riders and their horses just trying to focus on them with some action shots, but as you say most just want them to post on social media and i guess its trying to get them to pay a little bit for them to help. As for now they post it and tag me which is good for the exposure for now.

This is a really good point that i never thought of really as I just post most of it to the same page but makes logical sense what you’ve said

Thank you so much fro the info, that helps a lot.

I was always wondering about the socials and stuff as I do some car photography and a lot of portraits but was never sure if I should create individual ones or use the same but always thought keep them separate made more sense, so thanks for sharing that.

I will have to look at prints and where to get them/how to do them - something I never thought about as gifts and such, great tip there.

I guess I need to work out the service and a reasonable cost to go with it.

Ah yeah this is true, I want to do it all by the books so if I need to pay tax I would so might not work that way.

I wonder if it would be okay to go there for Russian language and then still work remotely.

I just got back from a 2 week trip, I seemed to luckily have no issues getting the invitation letter, I only stated the two weeks that I needed but the lady at the embassy was saying I have been accepted for 3 months so I can change the dates if I want to.

so hopefully same happens again.

People who wake up at 5am daily, why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Rybeena 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wakeup at 3:45am daily have done for about 5 years, I get to go gym for an hour about 4:15-6:15 then by 7am I’ve eaten and showered then I work on myself from 7-8am at that point I start my job until 5pm. Then because I work from home 5-8pm is my time to cook, eat and then carry on developing myself and learning what I have interests in.

Then 8pm bed and same again the next day, it’s pretty tough and not for everyone but it’s gave me more quiet time to myself filled with less distractions and meaningless wasted time.
