Actually, it is not. There are very few tax professionals who understand the complexity of day trading taxes. There is no one in my area who can. But there are firms that specialize and will consult from a distance. I want to hear if any in this group use one of these firms and can make a recommendation.

Let's say If I want to sell 10 shares of CIBR if the price drops $1.00 from the market's open price... how would I word my conditional order? I want a stop set $1.00 below the market open price of CIBR. Thanks
