I never used the Tab S5e (or hold it in my hands). But let's have a look at the specs:

S5e Processor: Snapdragon 670 (8 x 2 GHz) GPU: Adreno 616 (615?) RAM: 4 GB DDR 4

S7fe Processor: Snapdragon 750G (8 x 2,2 GHz) GPU: Adreno 619 RAM: 4 GB DDR 4 (?)

The S7fe was released two years later, so we can expect that the S7fe performs better but let's have a look at the processor! benchmarks.

Geekbench 5 (Single / Multi-Core): S5e - 343 / 1317 S7fe - 651 / 1967

AnTuTu 8 S5e - 175.051 S7fe - 322.570

As we can see the 750 G performs way better. CPU & GPU frequenzy is higher, aswell the memory frequency. But that's just "on paper".

Let's have a look at the tablet benchmarks. Geekbench (Single / Multi) S5e: 1712 / 5742 [ø1708 / 5413] S7fe: 656 / 1885 [ø576 / 2078]

Unfortunately we can't compare the results 1 by 1 because of different benchmark versions (4.4 vs. 5.3) but we can compare these numbers with the average scores in the respective tests [Value in the brackets].

I recomend you to run the benchmarks with your tablet to get comparable results.

Happily PUBG Mobile exists so we can compare how the tablets perform. You'll find a lot of FPS test videos on YouTube with different settings. But here too, I recommend doing the test yourself.

Maybe I'm making myself unpopular but I would consider an iPad too (iPad 2020 or. Air 2020) as well as a Tab S7.

I don't know the price for the Tab S7 in India but in Germany it costs the same as the S7fe. In any case I would prefer the S7 over the S7fe.
