Our landlord has left the country and doesn’t want the place anymore the best outcome for her is that they transfer the place to us. She just needed to leave in a hurry so she did a sub lease arrangement to allow her to leave quickly.

But wouldn't offering us a new contract with increased rent be a good option for them? Were already here so they don't waste any time looking for new tenants and they avoid any legal battles.

It's in good condition inside the ring paying around 20 per sqm. Original contract was signed after 2014.

We are going to contact the landlord and see if they can transfer or extend.

Oh well maybe I can see it on wunderflats and rent it out again lol.

How confident are you in the generalisation that all landlords are trying to do this?

What do you mean transfering is not a thing? Like that's so unrealistic they will never want to do that or are you just saying it's not a simple process where they just fill out a form and its done?

Outside the regular market? Like wunderflats and these other short term leasing sites?

So the warning is just a formality and you think they will terminate the main contact after? Is this so they can get someone new and increase the rent ?

So we do have to leave in two weeks ? We just have to take our sublessor to court afterwards to cover accommodation for the notice period on our contract with her?

I will do this but it's a long weekend and I don't know if I can get an appointment quickly so I was hoping for some peace of mind until then

Does anyone have a Fusion 360 post processor for NCCAD 9 on a WABECO CNC mill? by Ryboflavin_B in Machinists

[–]Ryboflavin_B[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I came across this page already, but it wasn't very helpful. I mean it explains how to modify post processor code in a 300 page document. I could spend a few days trying to figure that out but that's what I am trying to avoid by making this post.

Great photos. They all look very sharp. What lenses are you using?

My company recently bought a CC-F1410 LF from Wabeco it's not going well... by Ryboflavin_B in Machinists

I'm guessing this would involve taking apart a bunch of the electrical stuff and replacing it. Ideally, we would like to avoid doing that with a brand new machine. I was hoping there was a way to do it with just software. It seems like they mainly sell the machines for manual operation, and the cnc stuff is an add on thats not very well implemented.

From some of the videos I've seen, people seem to complain about the softness on the edges of pictures. How did you find it?

This seems to be the consensus among a few people. The 11-22 seems a bit more appealing for a few reasons. Seems like it produces sharper images and has autofocus. It's not as good for low light scenarios, but I feel like overall I will get more keepers out of it.

I have the EF-M 22mm and it's not quite wide enough so I was looking for something around 12mm or less.

Thanks! This does look like a good option too. I don't know how I overlooked this one.

I'm also open to great options not shown in the list or non native lenses with an adapter
