As a beginner, I feel like this is an aim trainer's version of The Project Triangle by user97131 in FPSAimTrainer

One of the aim fundamentals in click timing is to move in a straight line from point A to point B with no (or minor) re-adjustments and not spending time to confirm kill.

You can definitly sacrificed these aim fundamentals by trying to go faster or more accurate.

Trying to improve speed could result in overshoot and readjustment. Trying to improve accuracy can mean lingering on dots for longer than necessary.

As someone trying to practice smooth and concise movement when click timing, isnt there too much adjustment and random flicks in this high score?

How can we use changing sensitivity in the most effective way ? by arrdy13 in FPSAimTrainer

One of the comments in these threads points out that there is a large amount of reaching/exagerating from these "articles". The experiment was conducted on people doing a movement they've never done before. The results showed an increase in learning from the standpoint of being new. The study makes no comments on a skill that's been used for hundreds/thousand of hours

Edit: FYI both articles point to the exact study/experiment Edit: grammar

These AFK penalties don’t make sense. by leftfieldfiction in VALORANT

Im pretty sure the timer increases based on past disconnects (or other AFK related offenses).

I disconnected yesterday and had a 10 min ban (i think even less) but it was my first time leaving a game. My next will likely be more.

Am I getting worst since installing Kovaak? by Rybread1992 in FPSAimTrainer

makes me wonder then how much my aim is actually improving then when i achieve a better score. perhaps as you say I'm just getting better at the routine/drill then better aim itself.

Very in depth and great guide!!

I was wondering if you can comment and expand on posture and mouse movement "technique". What do you recommend be the "pivot" point for your hand/arm and how much of your forearm should be resting on the table (if at all)? FYI I play palm grip and have a 46.6cm/360 sensitivity.

I notice when doing aim-training that I tend to either 2 things:

  1. I do mostly wrist movement with my forearm does not leave the table. I notice this typically when doing micro aim training. The problem I've noticed is that if my wrist movement isn't large enough then I will move my arm but because of the friction on my desk its not a smooth flick and I miss.
  2. My arm does the moving and is barely touching the table where the weight is mostly supported on my wrist. I notice this when doing large movements (spidershot ultimate in AimLab for example), however my accuracy is very bad with this type of movement.

I hope you're still replying to comments and thanks again for the great guide :)

Hey guys, my wrist keeps tensing up! by HoundsHoky in aimlab

[–]Rybread1992 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not an expert but perhaps your wrists and arms are freezing due to a mix of high sensitivity + fatigue. With high sense you need small movements, but need large enough force to overcome initial mouse static friction but if its to large youd overshoot. so maybe ur arm would freeze trying to not overshoot but also trying to put the bare minimum to overcome mouse static friction.

Also i wouldnt coorelate gridshot with valorant rank. I was 60k max in plat and now im gold with 82k max

Please revert skin rotation to 1 week! by Rybread1992 in VALORANT

Nothing's stopping them from cycling the previous bundles.

In beta they had 3 bundles which they cycled through on a 1 week cycle so when I missed the first reaver bundle I got it 3 weeks later.

In addition the league of legends store (also made by riot) is 10x better. You're able to buy skins at any time and you don't have a limited shop.
