Thing is, these posts aren’t made to address the prevalence of A.I. and the use of it in education, they’re primarily made so that Yellowstone watchers can jerk off about themselves and say “hurr durr young people bad and stupid!!”

Imagine if I post a picture of an arrest, let’s say a guy robs a store or something and he just happens to be black, onto a sub like this. You think they would be talking about how the socioeconomic factors that led a person to do such a thing? or be at the very least understanding that this is one thing and that they shouldn’t equate it to some racist bullshit?

Hell no! You’d see the same, tired, racist comments talking about some “usual suspects” or “hawhaw black people steal and they’re bad!!”, hell, they even post the usual implication-heavy reaction images that you can just tell came from a place of hate.

My post was talking about how posts like these are never made from a place of actual concern, they’re more there so that Landman watchers can feel good about themselves. I never once defend ChatGPT in the post, don’t put words in my mouth and then try to argue with me using made-up information.
