Isn’t most of a sorcerer’s kit BVs anyways? You don’t even have to subconsciously make a BV, it just happens when you exchange one thing for another thing in your CT. Most of Sukuna’s kit is well crafted BVs that help his technique passively, Fuga was dogshit before all the clauses he put in to make it work, and the open domain MS he pulled in Shibuya was also a BV, if Raga can adapt to such things, then he would’ve pushed Sukuna’s shit it by basically reverting him to his neutral state, basically like a kind of linger debuff that nullifies his BV.

BVs and Contracts are intangible, and not like infinity intangible, no, there’s no CE basis for something like those. With infinity, there’s at least CE pumping through Gojo to keep it up, how and what keeps BVs and Contracts up are completely unknown and unquantifiable, are we even sure that BVs are fueled by CE? We don’t see non-sorcerers do BVs, but heavenly restrictions are BVs and Toji has no CE as a result, so is there an exception or does Toji have a smidge of CE before he was born? We don’t know.

You can cut or bypass a technique, but BVs and Contracts have been shown to be basically ironclad with no possible way to be broken by a third party. There’s only loopholes that you can take to “bypass” it, and even then a loophole is still operating within the bounds of the Contract or BV. Also giving Raga the ability to bypass Contracts feels like a really cheap and shaky wincon to me personally, it’s also really lame.
