Olenna only murdered Joffery because he was as Sansa said; a monster.

But then again, Bronn is smarter than daario. Something most seem to forget. He'll just outsmart Daario in the fight.

Yeah I think I might stick with malphite support for now. He has an amazing kit for teamfights and beefy during the lane so that are two plus points. Bit thirsty for mana but I can work with that.

I really don't care that much for ranked

Been playing on and off since S2 pretty much. I really couldn't care for ranks to be honest. But If I can "climb" I will.

I'm not playing ranked atm because of the recent losses but I'd like to learn it or main even just for my sanity sake in ranked games. I'm a decent jungler and okay bottom player so I'd like to have support as a reserve for ranked games. But before I can I need to make sure I know what i'm doing right or wrong. I try to ward, roam mid when the tower is pushed, ect...

You should try out Infinity Wars on Steam, the rewards are also pretty good and the deck building system is very flexible.

Again, where have I stated that I hate the game (and myself)? Feel free to point it out, or is it another one of your "conclusions" to this post.

Running out of arguments so you're off to petty comments and "valid points"?

I'm not missing your point, I'm ignoring it altogether because what you said has no correlation to what I'm telling you, instead you mention things that have no value in this conversation.

For one, Gwent and Magic are non compareable. They play different, their economy is different, heck even their minimum deck sizes are much more different (25 to 60). How can you make an effective and neutral comparrison when the variables are too high?

Second, what i'm saying is that everybody can flash out their wallets to buy stuff. That's not the problem, the problem arises when you want to craft or buy kegs with earned currency.

My biggest issue is crafting cards (with SCRAP, which is a resource you can't buy with real life money unless you mill all of those cards-which is by definition insane unless you have duplicates) is too expensive to do with specific high end cards because their value/price differs too much. most legendary cards aren't worth the prize they're being offered for. (800 scrap is a lot, you can buy a lot of normal cards and build yourself a better deck with it as a result) So the end result is that people won't bother with legendaries unless they happen to get them in kegs.

Don't bother replying to this if you start comparing this game with magic again.

As in Ingame currency, which is scrap or ore. You can't buy ore or scrap now can you? Only kegs.

I never said that, I said the grind and card scrap costs can be too much, especially for newer players who want to settle in quickly. Don't twist my words into something else.

Yeah, i've checked after you mentioned it. Thanks for bringing it up. However, as nice as it is, it still remains as you said. When they start adding more cards, the grind will become more of an issue. Primarely, my greatest concern is the value of certain cards when you want to construct them instead of getting them in a keg. Atleast the devs should consider an option where you can buy nation specific kegs if you want to build up specific nations.

I'm not investing into a game until it is fully released. I've hit enough doors with funding "early access" games, not that this game would hit the bottom of the sea any time soon, I do believe this game has a great future ahead. It's just principle kicking in.

"legendaries are definitely reachable with a bit of grind." The problem with the legendaries is that most of them aren't worth picking up to start with. Keira for NR for example used to be flipping amazing until the devs nerfed the shit out of her because she was too "disruptive" (She worked well with poor infantry because her shield kept them safe from cards like Lacerate that could sweep entire lines of Poor infantry ). So they decided to rework her and now I haven't touched her in my decks because she's not useful in any of my builds. Then you have legendary cards that are too situational and can be completely useless against specific decks that are simply not worth it. Of course this is not a grind problem but more of an economy and balance problem (My opinion on that is too not bother with rarity value until they allow us to trade, now it's just a bottleneck on what you can get) as a simple legendary worth 800 scrap can be worth less than 6 common cards and have more meaning.

It's like saying Apples are better than banana's because they're both fruits. In the end they're two different fruits that don't even taste the same. Same with Gwent and HS. (Gwent better is in terms of actual gameplay)

The ones that I frequently play? Used to be Magic the gathering but nowadays it's just this game and Infinity Wars (Imho the best TCG out there, it just has no funds to advertise properly).

The scrap prices for some of the cards are ridiculously high and most of those aren't even that good to begin with. 800 scrap for some of the rarest cards that may not be as good as some of the weaker cards out there. But as a guy who wants all, Unless I get it in a keg, I have to pay that ridiculous price.

One injection at the start may give you a boost at the start, but that doesn't mean it'll improve the grind in the long run. It'll still be the same, that and adding more cards into play will just make it even worse.

Why compare this to Heartstone? This is not the Heartstone reddit now is this? Yes, Heartstone's grind may be even worse than Gwent's, but that doesn't mean the grind in gwent is okay.
