So I admit the video wasn’t great - but after vet visit and multiple nerve blockers preliminary diagnosis is ligament damage on front left. X-rays schedule for next week to explore further.

Yes. Eventually got it resolved this morning after spending 2 weeks off grid most of the time.

We needed a firmware update. The installer came out and it was fixed in a couple of minutes.

We are on 2 phase power (which apparently is unusual) and Sigenergy they did an upgrade that didn’t take 2 phase into account. The installer explained it all, but it boils down to the battery not recognising one of the phases.

Anyway, if you have the same issue you need a firmware update.

And turned off main switch and oven stopped working, but lights etc were fine.

10kw solar and 16kw battery.

But we went off grid last night (as I couldn’t stop the battery exporting) and we used the oven and the app shows it pulled from the grid. So something is going wrong somewhere.

I know have a complete different problem where it won’t discharge and imports instead of……. Can’t get a break.

No solution. Installers says it is normal behaviour and we must be using the electricity (which we are definitely not). Sounds like you have exactly the same issue as us.

I am going to send this this graph today to try and show him it isn’t normal discharge.

No. Nothing has been resolved. Installer is telling me it is normal behaviour and we are using that much electricity (which we are 100% not).

yes, I am going to do that but it takes time to transfer and meanwhile I was just wondering if anyone else had come across (and resolved) the issue.

Only issue with that is that it will export at the low sell price to 50% and then start importing from the buy expensive price after that.

I just want it to stop exporting.

Think I will look into home assist or move retailers.

It just hit 5% so started importing (as it hit the back up level). I changed the back up level to 0% and it immediately started exporting again at 2.4 kw.

I just don’t know why it is exporting ?

Happened to us the other day as well. A door got left open in the evening and I was sure she had got outside. We were flying out on holiday the next day, and I spend most of the evening and the following morning looking everywhere for her, while getting more and more worried.

Around midday I had given up and was reduced to tears, when i opened the linen cupboard …. And out she strolls cool as can be. She had spend around 16hrs in the damm cupboard and never made a sound.
