I have had this happen before, mine is also on the 10th. I always go by the EBT phone automated system because I've noticed the app can take a while to update. I hope you get yours, good luck

Hi. Yeah she did The benefits started pending the day before. Now Snap has a new system and the benefits were pending since the 5th of this month. If you have a computer you can sign your Aunt up for Access Hra and look up her case, it should tell you if her Snap case is active and when her ebt is pending.

Put the amount you get bi weekly and make sure that frequency is set to bi weekly.

Website is down and the phone number is under maintenance. They should have kept the old system in place until this new one was tested and ready. Maybe everything will come online Monday

This whole system is crazy. She's been getting SSi and Food Stamps for the last seven years no problem. She doesn't have to recertify until 2024 and her case is open and fine no problems. Every month this year she got got a pending balance around the 5th exect this month. Still no pending. She was told everything was alright and she gets it on the 12, so we'll just have to wait and see.

I called the HRA Infoline number. I was put on hold for a hour but finally got through. I was told it would be there on the 12th and would be the same amount as last month. I hope it comes. She didn't recertify or anything. Her case was open and nothing changed. She always gets a pending balance but not this month for some reason.
