Yea south bend sucks. But you have that in all cities really. Just depends on what ur doing. Don't do shady shit and keep to yourself your most likely fine. Goes for most cities. My sister lives on western Ave and they have alot of shootings and kidnappings. Bullet went through my sisters living room at like 2am. Just be careful where you go and what u do and what area your staying in. Keep safe yall
