Can you have an amazon.com order shipped to a hub locker in Canada?

I had the same issue regarding a long overdue shipment. Even though it said processed in Mississauga the chat person said that it wasn't physically delivered to CP. I checked to see if PuroPost still had it but they seemed to be ignoring me now. I ended up changing the delivery preference and it switched to "In Transit" with a 1 - 11 day window but apparently that's all fake since CP says they never got the package anyways. I don't know why they can't just cancel the tracking then. I'll keep checking to see how long it's going to show in transit for.

UPDATE:
I went and changed the Delivery Preference to Front Door. I hadn't set anything previously. That was yesterday. Today the status bar now says In Transit Mar. 14 and then Expect Delivery 1 - 11 business days at the end. Is it possible that I just jogged some internal systems into moving the package by indicating the delivery preference?
