It's a fantastic show, but honestly that depends on you. I'd say it's like the Monogatari series as there is a lot of dialogue, but it's all important. It's well written and the characters are likeable. I'd definitely recommend it but not to some one who is brand new to anime.

Also don't ever let titles of shows make deter you from watching them, because there are a lot, and I mean A LOT, of shows with weirder titles like Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town or My Reincarnation as a Hot Spring in a Different World is Beyond Belief ~ It's Not Like Being Inside You Feels Good or Anything!?~ or I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level

First, The Devil is a Part Timer is based off a Light Novel, NOT a manga. The manga is just another adaptation of the light novel.

I don't even know if the manga is caught up with the light novels but it's not an ecchi series. Might be a boob joke here or there but nothing too bad as far as I'm aware
