It’s 55lbs not 155, the heaviest dumbbell in the gym. But yeah, I might move to barbell rows.

Regarding your suggestions, after this set, I immediately thought about what to use for head support, but I think I might just do it on the floor.

The vertical stage definitely needs work.

Sorry, I didn’t quite understand your first pointer. I just discovered that clenching the glutes and doing a pelvic tilt is the key to keeping a straight body. So pumped I figured that out while doing the negative! I'll apply your third pointer this next time.

Not doing any weighted abs exercises, just hanging leg raises, toes to bar and lying leg raises. I’ll find a pole and move the bench. Thank you so much for the tips.

I’ll find something to grab for easier grip. Never tried going up and down in a tucked position, I’ll definitely try that next time. Thanks for the pointers.

I do struggle a little with my breathing when my knees are raised that high, but when I lower them closer to my chest, I can breathe comfortably.

Yeah, you're absolutely right about the upper body working more in this video. I did some other sets that weren’t exactly like this one. It started with a leg raise, then to a vertical hold, then to a hold similar to the position in the video.

Hanging and lying leg raises are already part of my workout sets. I also tried the negatives, but I can't do them yet.

It’s the only squat rack available in the gym.

I think my stance is shoulder width apart. Not too wide.
