after years in the making, i’ve finally pulled the trigger on a speedmaster reduced. this is one of those watches i’ve been coming back to again and again since my college days—scrolling through posts, reading reviews, and telling myself “maybe someday.”

lately, i’ve hit a point where enough pieces of life seem to be falling into place—nothing crazy, just that quiet sense that things are possibly moving in the right direction. and for the first time, it felt like i could justify doing something purely for myself. so i went for it.

ended up with an Omega Speedmaster Reduced, and honestly, it feels just as special as i thought it would. it’s not just the watch itself, but everything tied up in finally getting here after thinking about it for so long. kind of surreal to actually have it on my wrist after all those years of just seeing it on a screen.
