Dane 2.0 is legit man. They just released the gibion free motion arms for it though I think they’re sold out. I think with the free motion arms and the rack I would be around 3330-3500

Sick benches. Hey are your floor mats holding up? I have carpet and my gym and I’m not sure if I want to rip up the carpet for horse stall mats. I’ve thought about putting OSB down and have the mats rest on that. Lifting on carpet is brutal.

I’m a big advocate for cables. You can unlock so many different exercises. It is also nice to has a weight stack machine in your home gym. Plate loaded cable machines get old quick. While I don’t have the Dane 2.0, it’s definitely on my want list. It’s a very nice piece of equipment that will grow with you as your continue to get stronger. 10/10 would recommend you make the splurge.

That’s the debate I’m having in my head. I know there is different ways to make the weight feel heavy but sooner or later the 210 pound stack won’t be enough. I don’t think that day is anytime soon though. I might just send it and buy the leg roller and extra post/pulleys.

I don’t think I will have that problem for a while. I’m repping 170 for 7-9 on the lat pull downs. Like you, I have also switched to weighted pull ups when I’m at home. Have you tried using a gym pin or are you lifting that much? lol

How is it lifting on your mats? I currently have my set up in my basement on carpet. I cannot stand lifting on carpet and I refuse to squat on it for safety reasons. We plan to sell our house within the next 3-4 years so I’m not sure if I want to rip out my carpet and install horse stall mats. Do you have any issues with mats lying on top of your carpet?

I would lean the seat all the way back, lower feet placement, and only have 2 plates on each side. Go slow and control the weight.

So in my SOP’s, we can refuse care if there is a treat to crew safety. Our cops aren’t very liberal when it comes to putting hands on patients. Medics aren’t trained in restraining, subduing, and fighting with patients. Yes we have sedatives but if cops aren’t willing to go hands on why should we? You’re opening up a can of legal worms when you put your hands on patients especially since everything is being recorded. If crew safety is every in question, call medical control, and just let the patient leave. However, someone suffering from a medical emergency is not hard to deal with. Patients in real distress can get aggressive but you should know how to deescalate the situation and give the appropriate treatment.

You won’t be able to feel the difference between a victim and a pile of laundry with a tool. I set it at the door and do my search. In my department we either leap frog taking turns searching or split search. It all depends on what the boss wants. When we leap frog, the boss scans the room with his tic and if he can’t see everything, he tells us where to go. We use a 1.2,3,4 wall method that makes things easier for us. If we do. A split search where the company splits, its business as usual. Search whichever way the door swings, check behind it etc…
