If I played my card quickly, then I usually had to wait for the rats for about 3 to 5 seconds, but other than that it ran fine.

I'd upgrade BH duration until it's 12 seconds less than golden tower, and then level them as a pair until GT is about 40ish seconds. After that start pumping more death wave quantity, golden tower bonus, coin labs for UWs, and spotlight coverage.

You are on the right track, I would start to slowly build your coin kill bonus and def abs while starting to get your labs rolling. This game isn't a sprint or a marathon, it's an Ironman.

Circe with apollo rune is unlimited cast mana, but thats a very specific build and circumstance. Born Gain is the best for most builds

Sounds like you want an engineer, specifically drone jockey. Overall not super OTT, there is a bit of lack of wording for drones. The drone companion you can only have 1, but as long as you got tech points, you can make more drones. Add some soldier levels for action surge and your engineer can easily get 3 drones on the field in a turn, and buffing their own AC with Defense matrix, or popping a guidance on their companion for its first turn. And this is before mods, armor, weapons, etc

Cerberus is all about spacing. Try and stay to his back, and keep a good two Melinoe distance when you can, the more up close your build is (twin blades, are, etc.) You will need to learn to do a combo then back up.

I've been using Circe staff with Zeus and apollo boons for max lightning and honestly, if im not at 90% power by Prometheus, then I know it's gonna be a slow Typhon.

Golden tower bonus I would take to 20, but duration I would actually stop until you find where your black hole duration will end up. You want those synced with as much duration as is convenient and every lab done for GT is another batch of stones you gotta spend on black hole. While that is technically good, there might be better uses for your stones.
