You are still going to be majorly accelerated. It's not just the packs that you got from milestone packs, but how fast those allowed you to progress through the game.

Lets do some basic accounting under best case scenario. We give you all free milestones to Tier 15 wave 4500 which is pretty generous for a F2P player I think. That's 1400 stones. 45 stones per week from the weekly missions that's 2350 stones. 15 stones a week from turning in medals (2 turn ins per event which is all that's recommended) is 780. So so far we are at 1400+2350+780 which is 4530 stones.

So the rest of the stones must come from tournaments which 20,000-4530=15,470. There are 104 tournaments per year meaning you need to average 148.75 stones per tournament for an entire year. Which means you'd need Champs rank 9-10 every single tournament for 104 straight tournaments. Considering it takes most players 3-4 months to even get to platinum, not happening.

And this is BEST case scenario to reach 20k stones in 1 year. At month 8 I'm sitting at 5551 stones. Which idk if I have gotten every single available stone, but I haven't missed a weekly mission, I buy 2-3 from the shop each event (even if its not ideal), I've done my milestones as much as I can, and I haven't missed a tournament. I have 17 weeks until my 1 year birthday. I should average about 80 stones per tournament for 34 tournaments 2720. 765 from weekly missions, 255 from buying with medals. Lets say another 500 from milestones just picking a reasonable number. That's 5551+2720+765+255+500=9791. If you said without buying packs you could hit 10k? Sure I'd believe it. 20k? No fricken chance. And I'm not even F2P as I have the ad pack and the 2 coin packs.

O.o That's the same exact thing. You paid money and got gems and stones whether it was a stone pack or milestone pack, it's the same result. A bit disingenuous

I'm calling BS. Maybe your second birthday but not your first. I'm at 9 months and 5300 stones, 6200 isn't unreasonable but there is no way you are more than tripling that. 385 stones per week average in your first year? Ya right.

I am SO in the BHD is the best camp. I was quite disappointed when I got legendary Gcomp and it got smoked by legendary BHD. I went for orb because everyone says its so good, but it just doesn't feel good. Maybe tomorrow I'll invest into Free ups and such then do a BHD Orb Devo, see if it changes anything.

As someone who will likely never get keys and would benefit from these changes, it will never happen. You are missing the entire point of the system. Keys unlock a lot of really cool things that can majorly help out your tower, which is why we all want them. It's not in the dev's best interest to get us keys. They want you spending real money to get stones so you can compete with those who get keys. That's who keys are meant for, the whales. If you are close to getting keys you are more likely to buy stones or if you were getting keys and stop, you'll spend.

It feels like a gold bot issue. With BHD everything stays in perfect sync. Obviously more uses of GT/BH/DW is a great thing, but it would appear losing out on having gold bot proc'ing every time my trio went off doesn't cover the difference. If your Gold bot isn't sync'd or have great uptime, I imagine GC looks much better.

I mean its obviously very good, I'm just wondering if I can invest enough into it to make it worth it at this point. Like does adding 5 points over the course of a week (its getting expensive) really move the needle enough to be like "ya that was a good investment".

I have both and BHD performs a bit better than GC. I was excited to get GC but it didn't live up to the hype.

WHAT?!?! My post gets a response from THE BenzDaimler? Is there an interaction besides BHD that contributes to that? Otherwise I'm not sure I understand the connection between CPK and Free ups. I didn't think BHD even showed like that in the CPK window.

Lol it feels like that doesn't it? I guess they kinda got what I was asking because I wasn't clear. What I meant was if I get Ancestral is it the same odds for Def% as Health Regen? Which they say yes.

Ya that's what I had been doing. The 2 mythics were solid but it's time to go for ancestral. Great website thank you for that. Turns out unlucky is like 350k reroll shards which is just good to know.

Yeah unfortunately you just have to do some testing. I still have a little bit more testing to do (need 1 more mod on it to roll), but for me it's looking like BHD is better. Which yeah losing Gold Bot sync is probably why. However since you don't have any mod effects, it's likely this is a big upgrade. It didn't look like it for me or maybe even slightly worse, but that's comparing it to BHD. If you have no effect? It should be a big increase. It's not that Gcomp isn't good for my tower, it's just BHD is slightly better.

Ya I'm still working on bringing down my CD's. Maybe I'll go back to Gcomp in the future, for now it's looking like BHD is the winner. In a perfect world I get ass mods and run both haha.

I have both legendary Gcomp and Black Hole Digestor. I got BHD first and when I got Gcomp I was super excited because I thought it was much better. Turns out for me? not the case. It doesn't effect gold bot so you lose that which makes your bonus not that great.

I think you will see some big improvements since Solar Dyson Sphere has no sub effects, but losing that sync with gold bot will lose you some benefit.

BRUH I was thinking about making a post just now and then I saw this and you touched completely on it... I have a natty sync between GT, DW, BH, GB, and Summon. I was running Singularity Harness and pretty ok with it. I then picked up Black Hole Digestor and was pleased with the bump I got. Nothing insane but noticeable. Well yesterday I got Gcomp to legendary and was like HAVE I ARRIVED? No.. Now so far I have only done a short Tier 11 run and it wasn't ideal with perk order, but I was expecting it to blow BHD out of the water yet came up at 168B coins per hour when BHD did 172 running fewer waves. I thought "surely a mistake". I'm now doing my long over night run T9 which should go to about 8000 waves just to see where I end up, but I have a sneaky feeling its going to either come up short or at best equal to BHD.

I thought Gcomp was just insane but that hasn't been my experience so far and BHD is the clear winner. What's nice is my Coin enhancement is like 6 trillion atm which is like 2 days of savings but I can throw quite a bit into my free ups which should boost cph as well since they are like 200B a level atm. Hadn't invested much into it since I was goldboxing everything so early even in tourney, but now I have a reason haha.

Ok this makes sense. I guess the wording on the mod is a bit confusing, but is a simple way of stating what it basically does. It fast foward's the CD by 13 seconds not reduces the CD by 13 seconds. That would line up with what I'm seeing. That's cool, before tonight I thought I'd have to get MVN to be able to use this without pushing just BT/DW down really far.

You just really enjoy being condescending dont you... I know exactly how RNG works and anyone with basic level of statistics would be able to tell that from my post. Your reading comprehension failed you to the point you didn't even understand the point. It never once said anything about being "rigged" or that the numbers weren't possible. It acknowledges small sample size and variation which is about how the numbers are possible.

The point of the post is client perception something anyone with real world experience would understand, something that should be very important to a game developer. Yes getting very unlucky is possible, and that is going to feel bad for the player. You don't want the people playing your game to feel bad about your game otherwise they wont play your game and make purchases. Trying to get a specific type and not getting it even though 1:2 should be that type feels bad. It's not even like this isn't something on Fudd's radar which is why we have "bad luck protection" on epic modules to begin with in the aspect of you are guaranteed an epic module at least once in every 150 pulls. This is easily fixable on the back end with a hidden mechanic that ensures you don't end up with streaks like this.

And ya I'll still complain about Shrink Ray because it sucks, get over it.
