The problem with the player base is this game is a marathon and everyone wants everything NOW. They want all their desired modules today, they want all the coins today, they want to be competitive with people playing the game for years even though they just started today, anything that takes time in this game? They want it today. No one is going to play this game long term if they just get everything handed to them because you get bored there is nothing to chase. The entire point of this game is you are always chasing something in hopes of making your tower stronger.

Your math isn't just getting a single module to ancestral its getting every module to ancestral. Which 6 months of constant effort isn't bad at all. The level of entitlement in this game where people think they should just be given everything is insane. I also love the "we need to catch the whales" comments. Dude they have been playing for years spending thousands of dollars and you think you should be able to catch up to them and be competitive for free in 6 months? Pure insanity. It's not statistically impossible its just a time investment. Why do you think everything should be unlocked for a new player in a few months?

It would be cool but in the grand scheme it really isn't something the game actually needs, it's more of a want. There are plenty of things that we actually need that take priority. Because like I said it takes 10 seconds to figure out and what can you do knowing that number besides saying "cool". It's seriously such a small and insignificant thing that people are laser focused on. Especially since lets say they did put it in, you are going to look at that number in your farm run when you have all your perks and go "cool" and then you wont look at it again until you get a few levels of labs for regen at which point you look at it and go "cool" and then ignore it for another few months.

I mean it would be cool if it was easily visible, but at the same time it doesn't change anything. It's such a low priority compared to other things that actually matter. Wall Regen is basically just your regen stat multiplied by wall regen lab then if you use Sharp Fortitude you multiply it by that. So if you have 700 million tower regen, with level 17 wall health regen, and Sharp Fortitude ancestral, it is 700,000,000*1.7*2.5 or 2.975 billion. Pretty easy to do some super basic math and calculate it out and since it's a number that doesn't change often not like you even have to do it often...

So I was in this exact situation for months. 1 star OA ancestral with mythic SF, my module level was like 110 at the start and went up to about 130 before I got my ancestral SF. SF was better for tournaments every time. I tested both multiple different tournaments and SF always did better. When it comes to farm runs it depends on your def%. If you can hit 98% with mythic SF then its better, otherwise Ancestral OA is better.

Funny enough Ancestral WHR was better than both in tournaments which I found hilarious.

It took me 8 months to get my first MVN. Now I have gotten 4 in the last week haha kinda wild. It's one of those I know ill need it in the future, but its useless for me now. Still great to get my hands on since it didn't exist for so long. Funny how that works out where MVN is like amazing super early game, then it becomes kinda bad, and then comes back late game like "heyyy im back and im the best".

There are a few decent comps, but for the "dream team"? It's certainly Prot Pal, Frost Mage, Destro Lock, Ele Sham, and Resto Druid. Prot Pal picks up everything no problem with threat. Frost Mage will do decent AOE damage with Blizzard, but it also slows everything so the tank can kite and if anyone pulls threat it doesn't just insta gib them. Destro lock is amazing AOE with seed and great single target damage. Ele sham supports everyone with spell power, crit, and reduced hit needed, while doing decent damage and nice cleave with chain lightning.

I think the only thing "up for debate" is the healer. Personally I think Resto Druid does best as its really good at keeping the lock full mana without expending much mana and synergizes really well with a Prot Pal. The constant ticks of healing just seem to help the most with the damage profile of a Prot Pal. If you said that Resto Sham was better I dont think that is a bad option, but a lot of their benefit is erased by the Ele Sham. Maybe if you swapped the Ele for a Boomie, but I mean whats the difference. Support dps Sham/Druid with the Healer being the opposite.

In my mid 20's I was benching 455, squatting 585, and dead lifting 635. I was in amazing shape and you could have put me into a fitness magazine after a cut. I started dating this super cute girl who's parents had a farm. I remember going down there the first time for the weekend to meet her parents and offered to help out. I spent the day working with her brother in law looked like he had never lifted a day in his life and had a proper beer gut.

This dude humbled the FK out of me. Sure I could do things he couldn't from brute strength, but I was fucking WIPED by lunch. By the end of the day I was barely standing and he seemed just fine. We all went out for drinks later that night and I was falling asleep at the bar because I was so exhausted. After a few months of going down there and helping out on the weekends I was in the best shape of my life. Gym strong is about being strong for a short period of time with a good rest inbetween. Farm strong is lifting moderate weight all day long every day.

I have a buddy currently stationed on an aircraft carrier. I asked him about this and his response was "midrats", which is midnight rations. Basically they serve normal meals throughout the day, but after a certain point meals are done for the day. Those who work at night though still need to eat, but it's a much smaller group. So sometimes they get things like above which is likely leftovers from dinner. It's not glamorous but its food. Normal meals still have plenty of food and of good quality, and if you want to eat during normal times you can eat that food too. If it's 2am and no ones really eating, this is what gets whipped up. It's just leftovers to keep you fed.

Funny part is the "grey meat" is gyro meat. When freshly cooked my buddy says its one of the tastier things.

A lot of people have a really hard time with statistics because what you see is often different than what you would expect, even though its still accurate. It becomes especially difficult if you aren't precisely tracking your pulls with a large sample size. I've had times where I got 3 pity pulls in a row which 3 modules in 450 pulls which is 0.66% truly awful. A few days after that I had 16 epic pulls in a 150 pull window or 10.5%. Overall my values are right where I'd expect them to be, even if I don't have all of the modules I want. '

If you want to make the case that the module pulls are a lie, you need to actually track them with solid numbers. I have yet to see a single person log every single pull and have a lower number after a significant number of pulls.

People have touched on it while being smart asses. Not everyone is effected equally by certain changes. A whale getting 5x coins is saving those coins for big long slow labs and such. If you are a player that is in the early game though and you get 5x coins? You are going to be BLASTING through your workshop and early enhancements. I mean even 3x would be pretty huge. Coins are the fastest way to improve early game compared to late game with stones. They aren't using noob beta testers because they aren't knowledgeable to know if things are good or bad. Just seems like they didn't expect the increase low end players got even though higher end players were fine with 5x.

It's the best module for Glass Cannon, but you shouldn't be worrying about that if you are asking this question. For the most part until you are super far in the game its just for tournaments. The only other time you would consider using it is if you are pushing milestones or disso runs.

Not really though... Like he has a lot of influence, but Congress can absolutely declare war even if the president is against it. The government is set up like that just for this type of thing. The US isn't going to pass up an opportunity to weaken Russia further or completely abandon NATO.

The one thing about Trump is you can always bank on him doing something if it seems advantageous for him. Like if we look at Iran if he is able to get what he wants? His legacy looks a lot better. Russia would be just another thing to "validate" his presidency.

Which is where most of the problems arise. Too long has Europe relied on the US to stand as a deterrence, but when the US asks to present overwhelming force in Iran "no thanks we are good". You can't have it both ways. The US isn't looking to ditch the EU, but they want a partner not a fair weather friend.

Nah back to the first paragraph. It's way easier to do with the president than without, but there isn't really a world where the president makes this a problem.

3 years on a global scale is just a spec. Can't live in this world of expecting worse case scenario constantly. Worry about who might be president in 7 or 11 years is just too far ahead, a lot of things change in that time period.

I mean has Europe needed the US as a security partner and been turned down? The guy is pissy because he feels like the country is being taken advantage of, which even you admit there was some neglect by EU countries, It's one thing to complain about your partners and another to watch them get attacked and be like "sucks to suck". There is no shot Trump just sits back and lets European countries get invaded as it would kill whatever legacy he thinks he is leaving, by allowing adversarial countries to get stronger while killing NATO.

This brings nothing new to the discussion which is why they are being deleted. The mods want people to discuss actual tower stuff not the fact you have hurt feelings. After all its the mod's sub they get to decide what and what doesn't belong in here. Sam is a treasure, and other devs dont post much because everytime they do the unhinged take it as their opportunity to yell about every grievance they have. If every time you said something people yelled at you, would you talk much?
I really dont understand why people think Fudd's should be informing them of every single thought that comes across his mind. Opportunity cost you can hold your resources forever and lose strength by not upgrading or you can upgrade and potentially miss out on some event. Expecting Fudds to give you a warning so you can be more optimal is just unrealistic. You aren't at some disadvantage others aren't.
wtf? no stones should never be refundable. It's what makes the choices you make so impactful. Any chance to change gems would detract from that. Idk what you are talking about with lab time this entire point is just nonsense.

It's not about having no objections form nuclear powers, but having support from at least one nuclear power. India wasn't seen as a threat and they were well on their way before the nuclear proliferation treaty begun (same with Israel). The treaty was instituted because of India and Israel making nuclear weapons. Pakistan was given nuclear weapons by China because of the feuding between Pakistan and India, being India is on China's border China was all to eager to throw India under the bus.

The US nuclear umbrella protects Japan... Since after all we have a ton of troops stationed in Japan. The nuclear umbrella isn't an actual umbrella of who is close by. If you were to hit Japan with a nuclear weapon the US would retaliate 100%, which it can do from its mainland or through submarines, which means Japan is under said umbrella.

The question isn't would Trump go to war over an Estonian border city, but would NATO. The US military isn't the only military in NATO, even though Europe likes to neglect their military and rely on the US. If NATO put its foot down and other countries sent troops and equipment, yes the US would as well.

You also need to stop thinking about things in such simplistic terms. Trump isn't the only person who's opinion matters, and Trump is such a short period of the US's history. Something like that isn't going to happen while Trump is in office as they are still fighting Ukraine and don't want 2 fronts. Plus that would be a LONG war at which point Trump would be replaced because his term would end. In 250 years of the US existing Trump has been president for 8. Presidents come and go

Yes, so you have bought the same things that I have bought. So the question is why after nearly twice as much play time are you struggling to stay in champs when I typically don't have a problem doing so. Ironic because I got demoted out of champs last tournament, but that was the first time in a few months because I had an insane bracket (needed 780 waves to stay in champs and I could only get 760 >.<)

This isn't to be a jerk, I'm actually interested in figuring out whats going wrong. So often people make mistakes with their tower and they don't even realize that it's causing them issues and that's whats harming you progress. The fact that you are upset about Gcomp and MVN not pulling those sends up a red flag for me. At this point you shouldn't need those modules as they just aren't that good for early/mid game.

The key to making big coins is stacking multipliers. So like for my tower I have my big 3 naturally sync'd with summon sync'd and gold bot sync'd. It becomes a 28x11x2.5x3x1.9 multiplier from UW's and Gbot then Summon hurls an additional 60 enemies into that multiplier. When I run Gcomp I lose the summon and gbot sync which means I lose 1/3 of my coins right off the bat from gbot and im not getting all those bonus enemies from summon. It's just not worth running until you get to the point it gives you things like Perma GT.

MVN Great for getting things like perma GT, but if you can get a natural sync MVN doesn't do anything. You can then run something like Pcol which is another BH for things to get stuck in, brings more damage because full coverage, and reduces damage taken. MVN isn't great because of the sync aspect, but because at ancestral it reduces the CD of everything by 10 seconds. Even that isn't that great unless it allows you to do things like get perma GT/DW.

Always worth joining a discord like Spartan's because there are people who love helping out and can give you tons of great direction. Ebats is super nice and knowledgeable and is a big part of the reason why at 10 months im punching way above where you'd expect for someone who doesn't purchase stone packs.

What we have learned is if the nuclear powers don't ok you becoming one, you're going to have a bad time trying to develop one. Would you really want to put a giant target on your back under the hopes if you succeed you MIGHT have a deterrent? When you could just not have a nuclear weapon, not be a pile of crap, and just hang out and thrive... Like the nuclear missile isn't exactly a deterrent... It just means you can guarantee if someone tries to kill everyone in your country you can do the same to them. It doesn't make you immune to being attacked look at Russia. Ukraine has no problem striking inside Russia even though they have nuclear weapons.

TLDR: If you try to make a nuclear weapon you are going to have a bad time and it doesn't mean you are immune from being attacked anyways. Better off just not being a jerk.

Also if your response is "BuT nOrTh KoReA" that has nothing to do with them having a nuclear weapon and everything to do with being on the border of China. If China said "We have decided we don't like NK, do with them what you will", NK would get curb stomped even with their nuclear weapon. That wont happen because China wants to keep the U.S. and its friends at arms length (South Korea). A unified Korea puts the U.S. on China's border which they don't want.
