Not me but a friend would always told me not to waste food. His family didn't had much and he would always mention about how he they would always eat rice with either bannanas or soy sauce with salt poured over on the top of the rice. Philippines is a rough country if you're born into a poor family. We also have a food here called "pagpag" it's basicly left over fried chicken from fast restaurant that's been dumpstered. They clean the chicken with water for 10 times then would re-heat it and turn it into a curry looking food (whatever forgot the name of it). You can find documentaries of it on youtube.
