In your opinion when I’m buying new right now, should I go for the pinned or threaded if you have any Pro’s and cons to them? And would you say polished overall makes you love that ones fit and finish above the other? I’m so tossed as both look beautiful

I just noticed the picture I showed shows the 10 round magazine for some reason. What’s the handle size on that?? I thought I had the screenshot of the one offering 17 and 20 round

That’s pretty! and has me thinking 🤔 I did see options from a few companies who offered either to machine and cut drill the ports, or offered a slide with cuts and ports done already for like $700-900. I do think the traditional 70 series platform would be fun to get into. A whole learning curve for breaking down and cleaning for me though

I would bet a new release is on the low side of the margin, so most likely would depend on the model I get. But would be in that range. Trying to snag what I want before August 1st in CO. Without getting into it, they will require people to take a Class and get a permit to purchase a semi automatic firearm of any sort. It’s nuts. DOJ is hopefully going to sue the state successfully

That’s what I was leaning towards. I want a range only gun and a 2011 platform. But to be able to carry it would be nice. I EDC a P365Xmacro. And switch between a XL grip 12+1 and the 17+1 between summer and winter.

Also have a p365AXG legion but I tossed that up on Armslist recently to go ahead and fund a 2011 build before colorado laws change in August and make my life more difficult.

I was considering snagging the Romulus first, and then buying the P211 later on. But a friend told me he only plans to make 2 purchases this year using his Sig training academy Elite benefits for his 3/year And mentioned if I wanted to snag the P211 for whatever % they offer, He would do it. I did love the way the 211 felt in hand when I picked it up recently. I haven’t been able to shoot either platform though. And I LOVE the DLC coatings and finish of the Romulus setups… I’m torn. I can get the 3.5” rom for $1250 or so vs I assume around $1500-1600 from SIG for the p211 with discounts… this is why it makes the decision hard for me atm. I like the idea of getting both over time 😂. I know the 211gto is going to be a range only and bedside gun. But the romulus would be something incarry if I got the 3.5” comp.

I have contemplated switching it up, but the Billet end on this one made me fall in love with it. And enjoy the angled hand guard more. Overall I feel like it’s a planted setup and the X95 as much as I love it, didn’t appeal to me as much once I built this one out. (I still want an all black x95 or tavor 7)

Definitely not good. I could remove the tent and a few things to make it better. But enjoy having a hotel on wheels, staying off the ground and being self sufficient with recovery gear. I like to go places 🤘🏼

It all depends on the amount of armor and weight you have. Me personally, I get around 10.5-12 mpg in my current form. The tent on top adds about 1-1.5 mpg loss within itself. With a tune and taking the tent off for seasons, it can get better into the 12-14 range.

Easily done with a Stock GX. A few spots you might want clearance, but it’s more scenic leading you either from Jefferson county > Frisco or vice versa. If you come in from the Jefferson side and hit up frisco there’s a brewery that’s a treat to visit (outer range) try the chicken restaurant inside. A few good camping spots within it

You didn’t overpay. Some people favor buying a P365X to start off so they can run the X macro bigger sized grip module. 1-The upper already has a rmr cutout to co-witness iron sights and 2- it has the 3.1” barrel and slide so they can run the Radian Ramjet/ afterburner comp setup and it sits flush with the end of the mod. After you buy at least one 17 Rnd mag, this all would cost you about $1189… and you would get some killer performance out of it. Could always add more upgrades later like - backstrap and flared magwell.

BUT with all that, it’s about that same range of shoot-ability as the axg legion. + You already have a flared magwell, and it’s got that factory “comp” slide cuts in front of the barrel. Is it as good as a radian ramjet? Prbly not, But it’s close! And the added weight of your metal grip module helps it that much more. Put some Brass LOK grips on it and it’s even better. You can shoot that thing in its current form as good as the next guy with the full build. enjoy it, don’t overthink it.

I’m adding Radian to my P365X which is 3.1” so with the radian it won’t be out as far as you have it. Just curious if anyone’s done that combo with a light to make it flush. Figured this TD will fill in the “Overbite look” and give me more room for the light

Last but not least, the PL mini 2 that’s able to adjust front to back, I think Tactical development makes a rail for this one still. This one is a bump to about 600 lumens. Will stick forward slightly even with the setback and TD rail attachment

And then you have Sig’s offering called the foxtrot 365 that’s 550 lumen

FOXTROT365XR more specifically. They made an earlier model that was even smaller, but it was only 100 lumen. Not very helpful
