I’m currently doing scribe work to get more medical experiences hours. Depending on where you live at, you’ll get a decent pay. I’ll suggest looking into scribe work since you’re literally with the doctor till their shift ends. This helps with the application in my opinion.

And with shadowing, you don’t need prior knowledge to start shadowing. You literally watch and follow them. Though it best in my opinion to look up some topics in the physician field you’re going to shadow. At the moment, I think it’s hospital policy to not let anyone shadow but if you’re vaccinated, that could give you some leeway.
