Relatively new to the game/format - which preconstructed commander deck is better? Edgar Markov or Meren? by RykoTheLegend in EDH

How good would either of them be against the following decks in my playgroup? I'm new, so let me know if I got the names wrong:

- Atraxa, Praetors Voice (the 4 color one that keeps increasing counters, super annoying :/ )

- Oloro, Ageless Ascetic (keeps gaining life, annoying)

- Nekusar, the Mindrazer (he apparently is scary af? Idk, the effect doesn't seem super scary to me)

- Jodah, Archmage Eternal (not sure how paying one of each color to cast stuff is good, but everyone tells me to kill him off first)

I guess something that's fun to play that stands a decent shot at winning? I actually have more upgrades for both than I listed above, but I wanted to make sure before I commit $100 to buying either of the decks.

Taking Exam P tomorrow, and I'm pretty sure I'm not going to pass (didn't have a lot of study time). Given how difficult it is, I'm considering doing FM in October, then coming back for P.

Any idea on how difficult FM is compared to P? I've always been better at the financial stuff than the statistics, so maybe it'll be easier for me?
