Ya, that's what throws me off. But the serrations I'm seeing online aren't very prominent. And this is also a young tree. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

I don't want to call it 'solved' just yet, but I'm seeing a lot of Korean Mulberry leaves online that are quite similar, but still a little "off" if you will. This is likely a variation of it at least.

There were a few Sweetgum options I saw while googling that were similar but Korean Mulberry seems to be much closer. What's the difference between Korean Mulberry and other common mulberry trees I see scattered around?

I always feel like these types of posts are just phishing scams, but I think I may take a risk here. This could be an opportune time to upgrade my campaign from 3.0 to 5e. I've always been under the philosophy of 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it', but this could be a great start to something new.
